Wedding Venues in Mallorca in 2027
Mallorca gives you long evenings, dependable light and a landscape that needs very little decorating. The rest is a question of which setting suits you.

The kinds of venue
- Country fincas — stone estates with courtyards, olive groves and space for a long table under the trees.
- Cliffside and coastal terraces — ceremonies with the Mediterranean as the backdrop, best in the softer light of late afternoon.
- Historic Palma settings — courtyards, restored palaces and city rooftops for a more urban celebration.
- Tramuntana villages — small, intimate weddings in mountain settings, with the terraces below and the sea beyond.
- Private villas — where a house is taken for the week and the wedding becomes a gathering rather than a single day.
Timing
May, June, September and early October are the most comfortable months: warm, long evenings, and light that flatters everything. July and August are hot, and the island is at its busiest — a consideration for guests travelling with children or older relatives.

Practicalities to plan early
- Legal requirements for marrying in Spain, which differ for residents and non-residents — take advice early, as many couples hold the legal ceremony at home and celebrate here.
- Guest accommodation, which should be reserved as far ahead as the venue itself.
- Transport between ceremony, dinner and hotels, particularly for mountain and country locations.
- Local noise and licensing rules, which govern how late music can continue.
- A weather contingency, even in high summer.
Choosing a venue
Visit in the same season and at the same hour as your planned ceremony. A courtyard that is perfect at seven in the evening in September behaves quite differently at two in the afternoon in July. For 2027, confirm availability and rules directly with the venue.
